Guide with love, not perfection
Parents, it’s time to release the expectation that your child should always know exactly what they’re doing or do everything perfectly. The truth is, none of us has it all figured out. Even as adults, we continue to learn, grow, and navigate life one step at a time. So it’s only fair to remember that your child is experiencing this world for the first time, too.
Rather than demanding perfection or certainty, focus on being a kind and compassionate guide. Create open channels of communication where your child can talk about challenges without fear of judgment. Listen to their concerns, their dreams, and their unique perspective on the world.

Work with them, not against them, to find solutions that align with their personality, values, and vision for the future. Growth doesn’t come from pressure; it comes from support, understanding, and partnership.
Your role isn’t to shape them into perfection. It’s to walk alongside them as they discover who they are and who they want to become.
