Just feel

Modern society often glorifies indifference. So, many people find themselves striving to suppress their emotions. They hide their true emotions. They work hard to convince themselves that they are untouched and unaffected by others. This determination to appear indifferent, to not care about someone or something, creates a dissonance within, leading to both mental and physical discomfort.

This creates dis.ease in the mind and body. Feeling is a fundamental part of being human.

Just feel. You are human. Shit happens.

Life is unpredictable, and sometimes, it throws curveballs our way. Embrace it. Denying your feelings only prolongs the pain and confusion. When you allow yourself to feel, you acknowledge your humanity. It’s okay to be hurt, disappointed, or even overjoyed. These emotions are what make life rich and meaningful.

Just feel. You’ve been hurt before, and yet, here you are, falling in love again. Isn’t that beautiful?

Love, with all its complexities and uncertainties, is one of the most profound experiences we can have. It reminds us that despite past pain, we are capable of opening our hearts again. This vulnerability is not a weakness but a testament to our resilience and capacity for connection.

Just feel. It means you are alive. Live this human experience fully, with all its highs and lows.

It’s easy to go through life numb, shielding ourselves from potential pain. But in doing so, we also miss out on the joys, the excitement, and the beauty that come with truly living. Embrace every emotion, every experience, because they all contribute to the tapestry of your life.

Remember, it’s okay to feel. It’s okay to be affected by the world and the people around you. It’s a sign that you are living, breathing, and engaging with life. So, let down your guard a bit. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. And most importantly, just feel.
