Self-awareness: 20 questions to ask yourself to become aware of who you are

Self-awareness is the first step on a self-love journey, as mentioned in the blog post here. It is quite important for you to be aware of everything about yourself in order to move on to the next step, which is self-acceptance. I suggested two ways to become self-aware in the previous blog post: sitting still and reflecting on yourself or writing down in a journal your answers to questions to get to know yourself.

Here is a list of questions to get you started. You could add your own questions (which fit you or your life best) to complete this list:

1. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

2. What topic of discussion are you passionate about?

3. What in this world angers you?

4. What are you good at?

5. What is your definition of success?

6. What would you like to change in yourself?

7. What are 5 things you cannot live without?

8. Who in your social circle makes you feel good? and who brings you down?

9. What do you enjoy more: spending time alone or with people?

10. What does your dream life look like?
