The mind can play tricks on you
I know what it’s like to fight against the mind’s lies. I call them lies because THEY ARE LIES! Your mind telling you that you are not enough, that you are too much, that you are problematic, that you are a burden, that you are not worthy, that you are not loved, that no one cares about you, and more statements of that sort, are lies. Do you know why?
The mere fact that you are breathing means you are loved, you are worthy, you are enough, and you are exactly what the world needs. You were created for a specific purpose. You matter. Your existence matters. So, allow yourself to be who you were created to be. Allow yourself to feel worthy just because you exist. Allow yourself to follow your intuition.
The reason I write on this blog, post on my Instagram account, and publish my YouTube videos, about tips on how to love oneself, how to heal, how to change one’s life, how to create healthy relationships, how to practice self-care, and more, is because I know what it’s like to have negative thoughts, I know what it’s like to struggle with heavy emotions, I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a rut, I know what it’s like to be paralyzed by fear, I know what it’s like to deal with anxiety, I know what it’s like to not know how to say no, I know what it’s like to have low self-worth, and I want to help others with what has helped me and empower them.
When your mind is playing tricks on you and making you feel like crap, remember, at that moment, that the mind is a liar. Repeat it to yourself: “The mind is lying right now. I am worthy of love, peace, joy, abundance, etc.”
