I write here for the previous versions of myself
The lessons I had to learn to know what I know today about life, human behavior, relationships, and the power of self-love were hard. But I am grateful for them, and I enjoy sharing them with my loved ones (especially my daughter) or anyone interested. When I write my articles, I write as if I am speaking to earlier versions of myself, giving the pep talk I would have needed then.
I still have so much to learn and integrate, but I have come a long way and am so proud of the resilience, perseverance, and self-respect I have attained. At times, I have tears of sadness when I think about the unmet needs of my inner child and inner teenager. At other times, I have tears of joy when I reflect on the woman I have become, who takes care of my inner child and inner teenager.

I want you to know that no matter what you are facing today, you have the tools you need within you to overcome it. You just need to find the way to use these tools to help you. Your intuition will guide you, so trust it. The books you read, the self-help videos you watch, the people who cross your path and leave you with an encouraging phrase, they are all part of the nudges on your healing journey. Open your mind to notice them.
Spend time in nature to connect to your higher self. Do a form of physical activity to connect to your body and become mindful of what it needs. Have fun with hobbies that make your inner child happy. Practice mindfulness exercises and learn to breathe to regulate your nervous system. Surround yourself with people who pour love, hope, and life into you. Everything will work out, and you will be okay.
I write here for the previous versions of myself, for my daughter, and anyone who may need my words.
