Struggling with knowing you are worthy?

I used to struggle with knowing my worth. This changed when I decided I no longer wanted to live the life I was living. What we accept or tolerate is a reflection of the value we allot to ourselves. When a person lacks self-worth, it is quite obvious in the life choices they make. It’s visible in the decisions they make professionally, in their relationships, and in the way they live.

Have you been thinking about a better life, but you are struggling to feel worthy of it?

If so, you’re not alone, and more importantly, you’re not stuck.

Feeling unworthy of a better life doesn’t mean you actually are unworthy. It often means you’ve spent time in environments, relationships, or patterns that taught you to question your value. The good news? Self-worth is not something you’re born with or without. It’s something you can build, strengthen, and reclaim.

Here are some practical ways to begin feeling worthy of the life you truly want: let go of the idea that worth must be earned, give yourself permission to change, start noticing what you tolerate, challenge your inner voice, speak to yourself with respect, surround yourself with better standards, define what a better life looks like for you, keep small promises to yourself, accept the discomfort in growing, and take action before you feel ready.

I will elaborate on each of the ways listed above in the next article.
